Registration fees:

◊  For the Symposium and EMBO practical course  (August 26 – September 04, 2010):
 (available for 25 participants only*)

400 € : this includes course materials, welcome cocktail, lunches, coffees, social dinner at Koivumäki Manor and hotel accommodation (in double room shared with another participant) as follows:
          •  For the 25 selected participants: 10 nights**
          •  For unselected candidates: 4 nights**.  They will be automatically registered for the symposium 

*Please, note that the primary criterion to select the participants in the practical course is the motivation of the individual cantidates and of their institutions. This should be demonstrated by the quality of the candidate's application (see the IMPORTANT NOTICE in the  Registration form) and the payment of the registration fees. Candidates from industries that sponsor the event will be selected in priority over non-sponsoring industries (see Partners & Sponsors). 
   
**Additional nights and/or single room will be charged directly to the participants

            ◊  For the Symposium  only  (August 26 - 29, 2010):

300 € : this includes course materials, welcome cocktail, lunches and coffees. Additional 50 € must be paid by the participants who wish to attend the social dinner at Koivumäki Manor (total fees: 350 €).

You are invited submit an abstract for a poster. Please, indicate in the registration form if you wish to present a poster only or an oral presentation also (about 12 short oral presentations will be selected. See the program).


Dear student or staff member of the Graduate School of Molecular Medicine (GSMM) or University of Eastern Finland (UEF),

You may attend the Symposium (26-29 Aug 2010) as all other participants.
However, you cannot attend the practical course with all other participants,
due to limited laboratory spaces. Therefore, a 2nd practical
course will be organized especially for you on 6-13 Sept 2010.
